* updated 2/3/22 I received an email response this morning. they are fast to fix the situation. I hope the personal will encourage and mediated supply bottlenecks is not 'management not order', even when refreshed on allergy crucible contamination. that said, be kind people. I have seen how the humanity acts horribly to all workers of the service. just stop and treat people with ease. lack of supplies, people who are willing to work. let's all play our roles to stop negativeity!
