With the employees touching every order with bare hands who knows what they are spreading with barehands on food orders. Wont eat there again.

Called the next day and sp... read more Ordered online through the app, then received a call from the store saying they were closed, but didn?t know how to refund the order. Called the next day and spoke with the manager who also had no idea what to do. So they took my order and money, and arenot refunding me for it. They didn?t know who to call, email, or anything. Basically just hung me out to dry and provided noassistance at all. There is no option within the app to cancel an order once it is placed, and no help option within the app.The only option you have is to call the store. Very poor customer service and problem solving skills at the store level. Whycouldn?t I have been refunded through the store? Or placed in contact with someone that did know how to solve the problem?
