I have always had a great experience at this branch, as the staff has generally been friendly and welcoming. However, during my visit today, I encountered a rude and unpleasant employee at the drive-thru. When I asked if he could scan my app to earn points, he yelled at me, saying, "I can't scan it; you've already paid!" I absolutely love this location on 12 Mile Rd, just west of Mound Rd. The staff is consistently polite, accommodating, and cheerful, no matter who is working or what time it is. They also provide generous portions with every order. Today, I tried my favorite: the Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap, along with Salt and Vinegar Chips and the new Hurricane Smoothie, which is fantastic! This is by far my favorite Tropical Smoothie Cafe location.
You can customize your smoothie just the way you like it. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. My personal favorite is the spicy chicken wrap, which is absolutely delicious. Be sure to try the Tropical Smoothie; I know you'll enjoy it!
Consistency is crucial at a restaurant like this, particularly when it comes to pricing. I make it a point to visit at least once a month, and aside from the recent removal of my partner's favorite smoothie, Peaches and Silk, from the menu, we haven’t had any negative experiences. Keep up the great work!
Quick, and affordable as I completed a survey using the code at the bottom of my receipt and my smoothie was only $2. I am on the Daniel's fast and luckily this smoothie is something I can drink. And it was delicious.
Bought Three drinks. Did not like that I could not use both my $5 off free Supplement Rewards same day that both expired the same day, even with a separate transaction. The service drinks however were excellent!
