Sorrento Banquet Hall - Warren

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The lanterns on our table were dirty, and there was no clear setup for the high-time dinner. The food was a letdown: everything was overcooked and burned, and the potatoes were not what we ordered for the buffet. Instead of the expected dish, we received unattractive lumps of undercooked, dry potatoes that were neither seasoned nor buttered. Additionally, the staff was rude in the evening when we made a request. I suspect the drinks were watered down as well. The only positive note was the lovely Joe!

My friends and I had a disappointing experience at dinner tonight due to the service.

It was our first time dining there, and we definitely plan to return. The food was excellent, and the staff was incredibly nice and friendly. With a group of six adults, we all had a wonderful and relaxed meal together.

We visited for the first time and absolutely loved it! We definitely plan to return. We ordered the chicken parmesan and angel hair pasta, both of which were delicious. Next time, we're excited to try the pizza. They also treat you to complimentary pizza bites as an appetizer, and they were fantastic!

We held my son's wedding reception at this venue, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure the buffet was always well-stocked. The open bar was fantastic, and the bartenders were friendly and attentive. The building was clean, and the outdoor garden area, complete with a lovely fountain, added to the charm of the setting. There was also a police officer on duty, who was very friendly and made it a point to greet everyone—a nice touch for the event.
