Food and drinks throwntogether and for what they charge they could care a little bit thrown together thrown in a bag and thrown on the counter?. Noteven a thank you?. There are other options and from now I will be spending my hard earned money else where

August 2022...I have been stopping at Sheetz frequently this past year. The Sheetz in Warren, PA. has improved immensely. The slushy drinks are almost always readyand available. The place is clean. The ATM is free. The Staff is always helpful and friendly. Gas is 3 cents less per gallonthan Kwik Fill. The food is made to order. Therefore, it's not fast food and one may have to wait 1 minutes (at the most &that's if it's busy). I have to change my review rating to 5 stars for now!

The food is always great. However, there’s a recurring issue with the drive-thru that hasn’t been addressed. Shift workers are letting customers who ordered via the touchscreen wait at the pickup window, which holds up others who placed their orders online. I was seventh in line, and the six cars ahead were all touchscreen orders. It took 30 minutes to get my food, which I had already ordered online. I urge the managers to instruct their staff to ask touchscreen customers to return in 10-15 minutes instead of keeping them at the window for so long, as this causes long lines. Thank you!

Tony picked the perfect tune and lifted my spirits while preparing my drink. Emily assisted and served my food hot and delicious. These young folks do an excellent job. The place was bustling.
