My family and I had a wonderful experience on our first visit. The food was delicious, and the portion sizes were impressive. We look forward to coming back again!

This has been the worst dining experience I've ever had. The service at this restaurant is terrible. The server I encountered was incredibly rude and unpleasant, especially when I pointed out that he was messing up our orders.

Overall, it was a decent experience, but I would have appreciated having an interactive chef.

Food was over cooked in soy sauce and butter. Staff was rude, starting with the hostess. The service was so and every employee was dressed like slobs. Chef didn't do anything fun with the food except onion valvano. The entire place was filthy and we went when it firs opened. First seating. Absolute terrible place!!!

If you want to have a true Sagano experience, make the drive to a different location. Brighton, Flint, or Fenton have much higher service standards. Our chef was wonderful but they’re understaffed and our waiter was terrible.
