I love this hibachi place eating is great and the customer service is great, but there were a few times where we sit, and the forks they give them are dirty. most forks look dirty because of the watermarks that are good of me and my family, but sometimes we have found pieces of food on the forks that should be clean. "Overall, my experience at Sagano was not bad, but I have had better experiences at other restaurants. I came here for hibachi and sushi, but was surprised to find out that they did not serve sushi. The table top was dirty and when they see the pictures I have attached, they will see for themselves. I was disappointed, but tried to make the best of the evening. The chef did not add any flair to the table, but cooked the food properly as requested. The salad had some hard parts in it. I would consider going back if asked, but it would not be my first or second choice. The service was decent, but the pink lemonade was watered down. Additionally, an 18% gratuity was automatically added to the bill. Overall, Sagano was an okay experience, but not my top pick.".
This is one of our favorite places to order takeout from. We are really sad to hear that they are closing. The service for takeout is great, and the meal type is dinner. The price per person is $20-30. We always enjoy the food, and the service and atmosphere both receive a 5-star rating.
The waitstaff could be friendlier when guests arrive. My father-in-law asked if we could be seated since my mother-in-law, who was walking up to the door, had not yet entered. The hostess immediately yelled, "EVERYONE HAS TO BE IN HERE." While we understand the policy, it came across as extremely rude. On the brighter side, the food at Sagano is delicious. The soup and dishes are fantastic, though a bit expensive. Overall, I would give it four stars.
