The food was delicious and the service was very quick. However, the waitress was not very friendly and chuckled when I handed the bill to my partner to sign. Not sure why she found it amusing, lol. View all feedback.

As a business manager, I was very disappointed with the customer service at this restaurant. The T-Mobile business employee was rude and refused to give me any napkins or forks. They also took care of other customers before attending to me, even though I had been waiting for over 20 minutes. I decided to leave without eating and asked for a refund. I will not be returning to this establishment. View all feedback.

Been enjoying Ruby's for decades! Sweet and sour Almond chicken are always consistent and delicious
2nd time here. Both times the waitress was very curt and not friendly AT ALL. The first time I ordered sweet and sour chicken,, looked amazing. Chicken pieces were hard, like the chicken was old. Today I got the almond chicken, tasted good, but was undercooked, so vatter was doughy. Both times the won ton was very tasty BUT was cold , both times. Rolls were good. This place could be the best around with some attention to detail and a little personality !
Waitress brought the order to our table and dropped the plates on the table and walked away. I will not return. Food was goodBad service. Did not appreciate having 3 customers.
