This restaurant is a hidden gem, not quite what I was expecting but it definitely surprised me. The spaghetti was fantastic, a rare find at a restaurant. The sauce was delicious and not watery or bland like most places. Service was great for dining in, although I would rate it a 4 out of 5. my man worked in lordstown gm. he went to Ross’ after working with some of his friends. since he had to move to toledo for work. every chance he comes home, he visits Ross’. very sad for the people who had to change. View all feedback.
The customer service was excellent and the food was amazing! I highly recommend trying the wings and shrimp. However, the entertainment was lacking.
The restaurant provided friendly and excellent service with delicious food. As two senior patrons, we were treated with respect.
This restaurant had the worst service I have ever experienced, from the server to the management. Even the wings were colder than the beer.
The bartender was rude and never waited on us. We had to go to the bar to order our drinks, pick them up ourselves, and order and pick up our own food from the restaurant. Just a reminder, you receive tips and I usually tip well. However, today you will not be receiving any tips. Where are the friendly bartenders? We haven't had this problem here since the GM closed. Are we back to that? Are you choosing to only wait on the big company personnel? I have been coming here even when they all went under. Some things to consider for your business. Have a nice day!
I came to this restaurant for lunch and ordered the Rodeo Burger with fries. It was amazing!! The flavor was great and the portion size was just right.
