Pizza Hut - Warren

Not what I ordered. I ordered extra cheese there's barely any cheese .the box is full of grease. The pepperoni is burnt I believe it was warmed up and delivered to me .On a Friday night I received my order in about 30 mins. I told the driver the estimated time was 44 to 50 . I didn't expect him to be that quick East Market to High ST takes time too.

That's the worst place I've ever been. I ordered wings and specified extra saucy. they poured the equivalent of a whole bottle and then some of Bbq sauce in the container. some can find that acceptable, I find that very laborious and unnecessary. probably not back. I usually get eating from mahoning ave or elm road. I think I'm just going where I know.

It was not a good experience. I called right into the warren, oh pizza hut to order my pizzas. I told them that I would be there at 530 a.m. to get my Piazza's.3 from them, a cheese, a pfefferoni and one with mushrooms, paprika and black olives. When I came there, I was told that they burned the last of the three and it took 5 to 7 minutes to make a new one. I repeated that I had to be at work until 18 o'clock. the young one apologised and they would bring me the pizza when he's finished because I asked if he could. About 12 minutes went by, the young one who told me that they would bring the pizza out came with one of their heated pizza bags and came into his car. he never looked at me. then I went back to the window and the dame in the window said they had no time to bring my pizza to me because they were so busy (3 vehicles went through the drive thru) and that they had been done for the last 7 minutes. at least they would have flown to me to come here. No, that didn't happen. I then repeated that I was working from 6p..it 550. so I asked to speak with the manager, and she said she was the manager and close the running thru window while I spoke...yes I was irritated....did I use foul language..No...did I threaten no one to warn the setting of pizza huts personal in oh east market street. when I work and checked my pizza is the big one that should have mushrooms, pfeffer and black olive. only paprika and olives..NO mushrooms. trust me when I say I know the first hand how it is to work short, but they are still polite and make sure that everything is right in someone's order!

The pasta is terrible. very dry and noodles are crisp. we have freche broth sticks, it was a square and not even cut. That's kind of weird. how to eat it? we gave up and thrown away everything! we usually love this pizza hut, but that was not a very good experience.

My boyfriend got a frozen pizza from save a lot a day ago, baked it yesterday, ate half, forgot the other half in the oven, the next evening he remembered it was in the oven and he warmed it up and ate it and still said it was better than any fresh pizza he received from any pizza hut ever in his life. He said he's not thrilled. He'd rather risk it for the biscuit than eat your pizza. ?‍ save a lot out pizzas the hut.
