Little Caesars Pizza - Warren

I was traveling for work and visited several small restaurants, but I have to say that this one was the worst. It was extremely difficult to reach them by phone - I had to call them 3 or 4 times before someone finally answered. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the management and staff. The overall atmosphere of the area seems to contribute to having unproductive and indifferent employees.

I debated whether it was worth my time to leave this review, but I wanted to warn others. The service at this restaurant was awful from the beginning, with no one having a decent attitude. It didn't seem very busy, yet none of my food was cooked properly. The crust on my pizza was soft and chewy. Most of the food was thrown out and no one in my party enjoyed their meal. We even had to send back a dish that was undercooked. Save your money and avoid this place.

I placed an order over the phone and was told there would be a 45-minute wait because they were busy with orders. When I arrived at the restaurant, they claimed there was no wait and they were tired of dealing with customers. They said I could place any order I wanted, as that was their job. I was disappointed by the customer service and will not be returning to this restaurant.

Eating is good, but do you like and order delivery or door that it. that is not a safer area after darkness.

I know I went on a busy night being New Year's Eve and all but no one would wait on me and I had my child with me then when the women finally comes to the counter she asks what do I want then tells me they have no hot n ready pizzas that it would take an hour to even get one? I need to place an order online. Not a single time have I ever been told to wait for 1 hour and place an order online for a hot n ready pizza.
