The bartender even shared some great local hiking spots with us, and we really enjoyed the waterfall he recommended! The kitchen had a good rhythm; our orders and drink refills came at just the right pace. However, the salad fell a bit flat—it was just basic iceberg lettuce from a bag, along with store-bought croutons, though the ranch dressing was fantastic. The bread was delightful—warm, soft on the inside, and delicious. The spaghetti was average and seemed store-bought. I had to ask for extra sauce and hot sauce to enhance it. The meatballs were a good size, juicy, and well-made but definitely needed more spice. The banana pepper sticks were tasty but overpriced—essentially two store-bought rolls that were deep-fried and cut in half, though they were executed perfectly. On a positive note, the Yuengling was ice cold and refilled at just the right time. We plan to return to try their renowned dishes: burgers, beef on weck, and wings. I’ll update my rating after that experience!
