Located inside a Tim Horton's, this restaurant was not quite the same as visiting a standalone establishment. The staff appeared to be having some difficulties and my ice cream was a bit too soft. Could it be due to the excessive warmth coming from the nearby bakery? View all feedback.

Like this location because of the drive thru…that’s where it ends tho! Lazy help doesn’t want to mix the ice cream with the other Items. Wad of stuff in one spot, the rest was plain ice cream. 4/23/2022 4 pm visit. View all feedback.
We will not be coming back to this restaurant. We visited for a family ice cream outing and were disappointed to find the place visibly dirty. The ice cream display window looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Despite this, we went ahead and placed our order. While we were waiting for our ice cream, we were close to requesting a cancellation after we saw a fly land on several of the toppings, even inside our cup.
Terrible service. came with 5 of us, 2 ordered and they waited for 15 minutes for a smoothie. the remaining 3 of us were never helped. we went to another place. avoid this place unless they are cool with watching that the people sit there and do nothing at their job as they try to give them business!
I said they couldn't hack my edible with the spoon of ding. she said they'd just tip the ice as twice. I was in several cold stones and I never heard that. they will bring me frozen whole strawberries that have not been baked in ice cream at all. there were odours and other toppings mixed. I just didn't really melt it. this cold stone is the worst thing I've ever been! nasty customer service as well
I had 2 doorsteps to get both ices. the woman gave me a bag, and I suspected that the 2nd was done near, as it was summer and good, it's a lol. 5 minutes past, so I said, hey they have a eta on the 2nd order? I just don't want this to melt. She said two minutes. at this point would have been the polite thing for them to put the first order in the freeze cabinet, but no, that was too much I'm sure. 5 more minutes by and still waiting....with the first ice cream door bag order sitting still on the counter, in summer. So I asked, why would you just throw it in the freeze cabinet? I don't want my client to give me a bad rating. they would not do it. not sure whether it is because that would require them to take 10 additional steps there and back, literally no warning. After 12 minutes of the first order sitting on the theke, she gives me the 2nd order and has annoyed to say the next time they come, they ask us to give them both orders simultaneously. what? I thought people could just use the smallest logs, but I guess I'm giving people too much credit. it is not so hard to kidnap that they do not order someone an ice cream and they wait 12-15 more minutes for the other.
The so called supervisor said good luck with contacting the manager after she got my order wrong and didn't mark my ice cream on which was which with banana's when I'm allergic
