This place gets worse and worse on the day. no idea what's going on and it seems that they don't. you served 1 person. Lunch break... how are the ingredients not ready to go? for example, could not get the protein I wanted because they were out and when they asked for more, they had no willing to go. they had to do it. 20 minutes later I went without the meal I came for lol I love chipotle, but this place goes downhill. it was never so. not sure whether it is a new management or new employees who ruin this location,

Better service if they are in...delivery menu more, then delivery fee does not skip the tip. these poor suppliers have no shortcuts. my commands are always sub par. missing items, very small piece size sometimes just wrong. I would skip the online order completely. Just go inside what you pay for.

I tried to order the app and it said it would take over an hour until my eating to get me, tried to call the load several times for 20 minutes, no answer. bad enough this store is known for stingy creatures of all protein they choose. I'm going to the elms now.

Me and a coworker ordered steak bowls tonight. Both had about two teaspoons of steak in the bowl AND NOTHING ELSE. Thankfully doordash gave us credit. Forget about calling them....NO ONE ANSWERS. Grrrr
