The food at Chicken Shack is consistently delicious. I highly recommend it. However, it seems that the snack bites have been altered recently, particularly the breading. I preferred the previous version and hope they will revert back to it. View all feedback.
The staff at this restaurant are polite and friendly. The chicken is consistently hot, fresh, and deliciously crispy. The potatoes are covered in a delectable butter sauce that is bursting with flavor. I wish I could own my own Chicken Shack because the food is so good that it practically sells itself, and I could eat chicken every day. I want to express my gratitude to Eva and Jessica for creating the best chicken in Michigan. You both are amazing!
The food is fresh, but be prepared to wait a while in the drive-thru for pick up. It may take longer than your typical fast food restaurant, but it's a small price to pay for the deliciousness of fresh and hot food!
