Applebee's - Warren

I love this place applebees is the best. warren mi 12 miles

It took 20 minutes to get our drinks, although the place was dead. my burger was super salty and well cooked, not pink as I ordered. the steak of my man was hard and well done when he ordered it medium. pub bretzels were pretty good. our waitress told us how she was stressed because she didn't earn any money this day and didn't know how she wanted to pay her bills. very unprofessional! extremely disappointed by our overall experience.

Recently, many restaurants and this place had the best and fastest service we have experienced in the last few months, at least with a smile at the door. They asked us immediately where we want to sit and if we want something special on TV. we were checked in many ways and of course the price was right. I would normally not leave an evaluation for a chain restaurant, but we were seriously blown away from the service. had a bigger tip because they were so great.

We were pleasantly surprised by our visit! They informed us that they only had two servers on and asked if we wanted a seat in the bar area. We were worried that it would take too long. But service was fast and the food was actually quite good! I had a side Caesar salad and Chicken Tortilla soup, and husband had a fish dinner. Everything was quick, flavorful and in good proportion to what we paid. Would definitely come back! And the bartender was pleasant and followed up in a timely manner! They all did a great job! Thank you!
