Been here twice since moving to the area. It was the last pizza shop we tried in town after testing all the others. They are by far the best. However, we waited 3.15 hours for our pizza to be delivered. On the first enquiry at 2.15 hours the kid on the phone was rude and had the “oh well get over it” attitude. Was told it would be 10 minutes. At 3 hours rang back as we had no pizza. Different staff, very apologetic.... View all feedback.
After waiting 3 hours with still no pizza, I called again and spoke to a different staff member who was very apologetic. Our pizza finally arrived 15 minutes later, but there was no offer of a discount or any compensation. We had ordered 6 pizzas, but unfortunately, half of our guests ended up leaving because of the long wait.
Everything was perfect! I couldn't be happier with my experience!
This is the best pizza in Warragul! Stop by for an outstanding pizza experience that outshines everything else in town. The dessert pizzas are also quite impressive!
