Was Anonym at Oo's Recipes a mag?
This is rather out of the way, and we wouldn't have even found it, let alone gone there. But an ex-Malaysian friend, on the recommendation of another ex-Malaysian, suggested we go down. Well worth the trip. Again it is the suburbs where the secret little places are to be found. The ex-Malaysians were in tears of reminiscence about the food that was served up. Having moved from Singapore to Adelaide, this is one of the most comforting and heart warming places I love to visit whenever I'm craving dishes from my home country. Food is delicious and consistent. They even have their own homemade Kaya and Sambal Chilli and if you're lucky, you might even get to try their Kueh Kueh's! I highly recommend the Beef Rendang, Oo's Recipes Fried Chicken, Katong Fish and Sambal Petai. Will keep coming back :D
