What Kenny Johns doesn't like about Church's Texas Chicken:
Staff was friendly, but the Chicken is just not the same. We used to be Church's Chicken fans back in the day, but the chicken this time around was dry, too greasy (like swimming in oil greasy), had no flavor or seasoning, and the batter was made with too much flour (so the skin was just very doughy). The large side of the container was half full. arranged spicy and regular chickens, they mixed them together so I could not say what was. the customer service is not good here. a lot of time they are rude or have a attitude from no reason.
Ordered DoorDash. Did not get half of what I ordered so I called to complain and was told the actual store family meal is different than the DoorDash meal so that’s why the items are missing. Then the lady hung up in my face while I was saying that’s not true .
