Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

It was my first time visiting this restaurant. The chicken strips and coleslaw were excellent, but the fries were served cold. My wife ordered wings and enjoyed them. The facility was clean and inviting, and the staff was friendly. Overall, a nice experience!

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant and really enjoyed my house salad.

I placed a pick-up order for lunch and was pleased with the experience. Everything was fresh and well-packaged. The cashier was very friendly when handing over my order. Overall, it was a super easy, quick, and delicious meal!

I ordered a 4-finger plate but received something different instead. I also requested extra Zax Sauce, but it wasn’t included. I was the only customer in the drive-thru and was still asked to wait. After five minutes, when I was ready to place my order, it seemed like she couldn't hear me. I won't be returning to this location again.

I visited the drive-thru at Zaxby's on Booth Rd, and it was a disappointing experience. If you're looking for better service, I recommend trying another restaurant. The manager needs to ensure that the staff is working together effectively. There's really no reason to treat customers this way. If you’ve been here before, you know what I mean. I won't be returning to this franchise at any location.
