Wingstop - Warner Robins

Ordered wings online. We gave them ample amount of time to get the food ready. No excuse for us having to wait 35 more mins for our food to be done. our order was incorrect. I ordered garlic parm lemon garlic the wings had no seasoning!! Spent almost $40 for nothing. I was going to call back and let them know it was wrong and they needed to fix it but the customer service is terrible as well. Just took it as a lost. Don’t order here

Here is beyond ghetto! the hours should be closed at 12 o'clock. I went to 11 o'clock to command. the kerl told me that they only accept online orders (first red flag), but said that he would take my order anyway. 30 minutes later, a girl with dreads that I take as manager came out in a very unprofessional wise, annoyed by people who come in. I mean, it wasn't even 12:00 and she locked the door on customers. she asked what my order was, and I told her. She said she didn't see the order online, so she didn't want to take my order though her worker took my order 30 minutes ago! she told me that she wouldn't take my order unless the worker who paid it before. - She did. So I was wasting my whole time and gas there. I asked her about her name, and she gave me a false name! I found out yesterday that it was fake because a worker told me when I asked, “we don’t have a diamond” and laughed about it.

I just don’t understand how you as a business owner don’t see all these negative comments! How do you not fix this? How do you not care enough to hire people who want to be there? Obviously they need new owners and management!! So sad cause when this place was ran right the wings were so damn good!! I keep hoping it’s gonna change but obviously the owner just don’t care!!

Over priced and not that good. The wait was ridiculous and the place wasn't crowded or busy.

I read the reviews and was worried, but I wanted wings and this was on my way home. I ordered mild and lemon pepper classic wings online, and it was waiting on my when I got there. Great friendly smiles met me to give me my online order which was nice and ready. Got home and had some good perfectly flavored and crispy wings!! Def my go to for wings now!! '
