I waited for about 5 to 10 minutes, and I know they saw me through the small mirror they had placed on the door. There was a sign indicating the owner was Everett Helms... Hey Everett, I recommend getting rid of that bell and improving your customer service! The sandwich was okay, otherwise I would have given just 1 star.

Unfortunately,... read more I found the sandwiches I ordered to be delicious. However, I can only give 3 stars because the staff needs to be more attentive to online orders. Unfortunately, both of my sandwiches were incorrectly made; they mixed up the toppings and the types of bread. Normally, this wouldn’t be a big deal, but my husband has a medical condition that prevents him from having seeds. By swapping the bread and some fillings, they ended up giving him my toppings and bread, which both contained seeds.

I've noticed that two employees are often seen together and... read more The manager behaves immaturely and engages in unprofessional conduct with one of the staff members. I've noticed that two employees are often seen together and appear to be more focused on socializing than working. Among the staff, only one employee consistently performs their job well, while the others seem unprofessional and sometimes rude to customers.
