Some of the best chili cheese dogs you can get. The burgers and the onion rings were delicious. Came quick and hot. Great spot for lunch.
Very good food. We were here for breakfast today. The pancakes were perfect!!! My husband said his eggs were perfect too. The staff here is super friendly- please tip them well! Will definitely be returning.
We visited the drive-thru and encountered a rude cashier who didn't take our order correctly, resulting in an incorrect meal. When I called to address the issue, the only solution offered was to drive back across town. When I requested a full replacement, the manager informed me that it wasn't their policy. After such a disappointing experience, I won’t be returning!
I enjoyed a delicious patty melt. The sweet tea reminds me of my homemade version, and the staff treats everyone like family.
After I got my food and left, I realized that my order didn't come with cheese. I turned around and brought it back. Angela didn’t say anything to me, but Brandy went to the back and returned to inform me that I hadn’t paid for the cheese. I agreed to pay for it, unaware that Angela had not charged me for it originally, despite it being part of my order. After my food was remade, as I was about to leave, Angela commented that I hadn’t ordered cheese. I turned around and told her that I knew what I ordered, and it was clear she wasn’t paying attention since she almost messed up my drink as well if I hadn’t corrected her. First and foremost, as a manager, you should set a positive example. Your customer service was seriously lacking. Second, it’s important to genuinely listen to the customer in front of you and focus on their needs. Lastly, discussing a customer as they walk out, assuming they wouldn’t hear you, is not only rude but also unprofessional, especially coming from a manager. You should have at least waited until I was out the door. This behavior, particularly in front of other customers, reflects poorly on you.
