When I called to address the issue... read more We visited the drive-thru and encountered a rude cashier who didn't take our order correctly, resulting in an incorrect meal. When I called to address the issue, the only solution offered was to drive back across town. When I requested a full replacement, the manager informed me that it wasn't their policy. After such a disappointing experience, I won’t be returning!
