I asked for a reception in the first window. the young lady said she didn't work. I said we're gonna be honey, I want my reception. she went back to get her manager/shipper. she said I told her that the machine didn't work and she always asks for her with an evil attitude. as if I wasn't in my car when she was complaining to me in my face. The place has a great appearance, but unfortunately, the food was served cold and seemed old. I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese, and it looked like they just pulled an old sandwich off the shelf and added cheese to it—it was nearly burnt. The rest of the food was lukewarm as well, and the fries were barely warm at all. They served three other orders before finishing ours, which contributed to the overall poor quality of our meal. To make matters worse, the manager was not even wearing a McDonald's uniform, and he handled the food in the bag with his bare hands while checking to ensure he included three burgers and three fries. It seems like it shouldn’t have been that difficult to remember!
This McDonald's used to be fantastic, but recently, the level of indifference and sloppiness with orders has become quite remarkable. I ordered hotcakes with sausage, but instead received an empty container. The pancakes were in a brown paper bag for some reason, and there was no sausage, utensils, syrup, or butter included. To top it off, they charged my card twice, and I had to get that sorted out. The last time I visited, they mixed up the orders in line, charging me for someone else's food and giving mine away. It took so long to resolve the issue that by the time I finally left, the food was unappetizing. Just six months ago, I would have called this the best McDonald's and one of the few reliable spots in town for fast food that wouldn't leave you feeling unwell or robbed. But it seems the middle Georgia virus has spread, and McDonald's has caught it too.

The cashier who took my order was very pleasant. The customer service at the first window was excellent. However, the staff member at the second window was a bit unfriendly, but that may have been due to her not being able to drive. When I asked for the apron I wanted to be included in the bag, she agreed, but before I could thank her, she closed the window.
I went through the drive-thru and placed my order. My son wanted a cheese sandwich, so I specifically requested just cheese and a bun—nothing else, no meat or condiments. When I reached the window to pay, I repeated my request to the lady there, and she even went to the kitchen to relay the order. Unfortunately, when I received the sandwich, it was still incorrect.
