I usually go for sushi, but today I decided I would try the tonkotsu ramen they have on special. I have never had it before, so I've no basis for comparison, but I hope that it becomes a permanent dish on the menu. I could drink about a half-gallon of the broth, I seriously want to know how to make that egg, and the pork was deliciously tender. Unfortunately, it took me almost an hour to actually get the ramen. There was an 8 top that ordered just before me, got their food, finished, and the tables were re-sat as two 4 tops before I got the ramen. All told, it was almost an hour and half for edamame, ramen, and a to-go soup. Next time, because there will definitely be a next time, I think I will just get my food to go.Parking: Parking can be an issue when they're busy.

Service was regular, since my waitress was sitting on the corner all the time putting attention to her phone so things that I needed I have to ask to the other waitress..Food: 3/5
