Drive through you have to pull out into traffic drive around to the front and wait on an over priced meal. NOT SAFE
I don?t understand how this place is still open with the complete lack of customer service. I?ve placed online orders with pick up times for 45 minutes after the order was placed only to still have to have a HOUR after arriving at the pick up time to getmy food. They are completely unorganized and could care less about customer service!
Ordered the 3 piece dark meat meal with Mac and cheese and Cole slaw and chicken pot pie it was all very good the extra crispy chicken was great the biscuit was to dry though and tasted stale the soda was flat and didn't taste like Dr. Pepper but Ihaven't found a restaurant yet that serves good fountain drinks .the restaurant was clean employees was very nice took my orderwith a smile will go back
Food sucked, I've never had KFC that tasted like old grease. The young lady at the window was nice though.
Logistics missing people waiting over 20 minutes because chicken was cooking a gentleman order on line when he came to pick up, was told it will be 30 minutes for his order. When this workers was paying less in the past the were more efficient that nowgetting in paid higher wages
