Terrible experience! I waited a long time, then had to wait even more. I called the store to inquire about the delay, and when I finally received my food, it was ice cold and looked like the chicken had been torn apart or worse. As you can see in the photo I posted, this is how it looked when I opened it. I won’t be returning!
There was a short wait at the drive-thru, but the 24 wings we ordered were amazing. They had a mild yet delicious flavor, making the 10-minute wait completely worthwhile.
Terrible experience. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru, and the dining area is constantly closed for some reason. When I reached the front to order, I was told there was a 20-minute wait for chicken, and they had completely run out of Mac and Cheese. This is very concerning. Either the owner is neglecting the restaurant, or the entire staff needs to be replaced. As a chicken restaurant, there should always be fresh chicken available, especially at 5 PM. I just can’t understand it.
Drive through you have to pull out into traffic drive around to the front and wait on an over priced meal. NOT SAFE
I don?t understand how this place is still open with the complete lack of customer service. I?ve placed online orders with pick up times for 45 minutes after the order was placed only to still have to have a HOUR after arriving at the pick up time to getmy food. They are completely unorganized and could care less about customer service!
