Hardee's
Description
At Hardee's, customer experiences vary dramatically. While some diners have praised friendly service and enjoyed classic offerings like the chicken biscuit, others have reported alarming cleanliness issues and poor food quality. Reports of unappetizing, cold meals, improperly toasted bread, and unsanitary conditions raise concerns about the restaurant's management. Despite a few highlights, such as a cheery staff member brightening a cold morning, overall sentiment leans toward disappointment. With consistent quality and hygiene concerns surfacing, potential patrons might want to reconsider before dining at this location.

It was extremely cold this morning, and I really disliked it. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the guy who served me at the window, as the weather took me by surprise. However, he quickly cheered me up and lifted my spirits. As always, the chicken biscuit was delicious and fresh! Thank you to the friendly staff member at the early morning Hardee's drive-thru—you truly made my day!
My experience at Hardee's was disappointing. The menu was limited since they had run out of tortillas, preventing me from ordering the prime rib burrito. On top of that, the prime rib was tough and hard to chew, almost like biting into a biscuit.
She really enjoys the country fried steak and biscuits, even though they can be a bit filling. In time, they become truly satisfying. Simply use a spoon to appreciate every mouthful.
The total came to $14.09, but they forgot to include my apple turnover, and they were also out of Coke. The bottom bun of my burger was hard as well. Given how much gas costs, I don’t think I'll be returning for lunch after this experience. The wait was just 5 minutes, but they still messed up my order. I’d recommend trying Taco Bell instead to save some money.
