It was extremely cold this morning, and I really disliked it. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the guy who served me at the window, as the weather took me by surprise. However, he quickly cheered me up and lifted my spirits. As always, the chicken biscuit was delicious and fresh! Thank you to the friendly staff member at the early morning Hardee's drive-thru—you truly made my day!
I have personally witnessed the General Manager drop a dozen burger patties on the floor and pick them up, cook them, and serve them anyway. There is a rat problem. They never change sanitizer water. The mops and brooms are black and greasy. This entire store is filthy and disgusting. I quit in my first week because I refused to work in a restaurant that is managed this poorly.
The total came to $14.09, but they forgot to include my apple turnover, and they were also out of Coke. The bottom bun of my burger was hard as well. Given how much gas costs, I don’t think I'll be returning for lunch after this experience. The wait was just 5 minutes, but they still messed up my order. I’d recommend trying Taco Bell instead to save some money.
The server was very polite, and I really enjoyed the Frisco burger. The toast was lightly done, just the way I like it. Everything was fresh and served hot.
Their breakfast is always outstanding, and you won't regret trying the pork chop gravy biscuit!
