Church's Texas Chicken - Warner Robins

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food was disappointing, and the service was not up to par. The staff and management were quite rude. My chicken was tough, and when I brought it to their attention, I ended up sitting in the drive-through for 30 minutes waiting for a correction. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and I certainly won’t be returning. It felt like a waste of both time and money.

The chicken was as usual, it even tasted good and this time was HOT. My only problem is service and attitude of employees. I am aware that no one ALWAYS can have the CREAM of the harvest, but Ge Whiz, at least some of the harvest. No vulnerabilities at all, several vehicles had to park and wait for food (not all orders the same) and staff was 't sure what went where when it was out. I had to talk about the vehicle next to me to check if the order she gave to this customer was mine. Then they blew us casually and tilted our order to us and turned around and went away. Didn't say anything. So of course I said, Have a blessed day.

The food is good but took my husband nearly 40 minutes to pick up a pick up order which are supposed to be faster than ordering there. The girls there were dumber than a box of rocks and had horrible attitudes the entire time. Literally some of the worst customer service hes experienced. Absolutely ridiculous.however I will say the manager did what she could in trying to move things along

I had a terrible experience. As a former Church's Chicken Store Manager, I can confidently say I would never have opened this location. The chicken had a burnt flavor, suggesting that the frying oil hasn’t been changed in a while. We ended up throwing our food away and getting something else. The interior felt cramped and uninviting, so I had to use the drive-thru, which was unpleasant due to a strong smell of garbage that lingered from the front of the building to the pick-up window. There also appeared to be a leak from the wastewater drainage near the front. This was my first and last visit to this restaurant—at least until they address these health and safety issues.

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant! I wish they would just close down. The attitude of the staff was terrible! The older black woman working the window was incredibly rude, handing us our food with two fingers and almost tossing an entire chicken at us. I wouldn't return even if it were the last place to eat on Earth. And I won't even get into how long we had to wait for our food.
