Made eye contact with two of the employees multiple time... read more Was the only customer in line and 3 employees just stared at me while cleaning and making to go orders. Made eye contact with two of the employees multiple times, they didn’t greet us, ask us to hold on a minute or anything. Eventually it got awkward enough and one girl finally came up and was like you can order. And then told me that they were out of rice. It’s not even close to closing time. How they’re out of rice I don’t know … I’ve never been a fan of this location. If it’s not one thing it’s something else. There were flies swarming around the food, ingredients didn’t look fresh at all. Won’t be coming back.

When I mentioned that it was my first visit, one of the ladies kindly gave me my meal for free! The food was delicious as well. Thank you, Chipotle, for a wonderful experience!

Each time I visit, the staff is... read more I’ve been a fan of Chipotle since my time in California, so when I found out that Warner Robins was getting one, I was ecstatic! Each time I visit, the staff is friendly, helpful, and the place is always clean. I’ve never had any issues with this chain! I definitely prefer it over Moe’s (which isn’t as fresh) and any other “Chipotle-like” restaurants. Thank you for bringing my little slice of heaven to Middle Georgia!
