The food is great when it's fresh. I believe it's even better than a Fat Burger!

Window service is so friendly. interesting about arbys. menu board prices did not correspond to the price of food. immediately solved a problem. we will return for both menu points and service!

The food was good and so was the service, but they couldn't use a badge that I had in the app due to equipment problems...even if I go to the restaurant, the floor is always sticky

Poor service. if you spill rain, nothing is covered so that you can suck in when ordering and eating. we would have pulled away from the window to wait for our food. we waited 20 minutes until we tried to go to the house, the doors were locked, but the signs say that the dining room is open. the kerl finally comes to the door and signals us that we come back to the window so that he could give us our food while there was still a car. He wouldn't bring it to us, so we had to get out in the rain and get our food that's cold now.

Went here several times over a four year period. Dining room is a dump where I have had transients beg for money while trying to eat. Order was wrong more often than not. Workers are too lazy to clean or maintain the shake machine so just say it's out of order. Broken every time over a four year period? I'll believe in an honest politician before I believe that. Service barely deserves the name. Usually some bored or annoyed individuals who seem irritated you're speaking to them. Food I received today was cold and partially undercooked. Final straw came when I asked to get a cherry pie at the window as I forgot to ask at the speaker and was told unlike every other fast food place on the planet they couldn't add it, and the only way to order it was to drive back through. This place is a dump. The employees are lazy, rude, and lie. Their prices are way too high to be putting up with that kind of behavior. I'll be going anywhere else from now on.Edit: Oh, and thanks for the canned reply. I filled out your complaint form and judging from the dozens of other negative reviews, I will wait anxiously by the phone for your expedient call from someone in a foreign country to ignore my complaints in person. Or just never go there again. Your food isn't THAT good.
