Arby's - Warner Robins

Service was great, food was disappointing. Only items served at the correct temperature were the beverages and mozzarella sticks. Everything else was lukewarm at best or downright cold.

If I were to give a zero star rating. the people in these arbys have terrible attitudes. they do not get their order right. put our ajus sauce on top in the bag so that it licked over the food and bag. the girl in the window had a job because we asked for horse sauce and bronco beer sauce. they gave us no serviettes and they gave me not the cup of ajus for my second sandwich. or proceed for both orders. No one answers the phone when they try to call her and there was a hair in my roommate sandwich. do not recommend these arbys. they're filthy.

Every time I go to this arby’s, they don’t hear anything. I ordered half a pound roast beef sandwich with extra meat and they give me a classic roast beef. the woman wanted the classic frying beef and cheddar and she got half a pound. we want sweet tee and we always get unsweetened tee. every time we go there, our order is never right. I will not go back. it is a wonder that arbys is still open

The staff was friendly and the service was fast. Always good here!

Cheese sticks were boiled and cold when I came home. only 2 blocks away. specially requested additional napkin none in the bag! the setting of the server was cool and stand-offish as if she did a big favor by waiting for you. too expensive for what was delivered. do not go back. many other restaurants to choose from.
