Applebee's Grill - Warner Robins

This is a fantastic spot for anyone seeking a pleasant venue for a quiet date night. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the service was a bit slow, and it took a while for our food to arrive. However, both our hostess and server were very polite and friendly.

I visited this restaurant about a year ago, but I haven't returned since due to the extremely rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. A waiter who recognized me and my party made inappropriate comments throughout our visit, and at one point, several other employees joined in on the mocking. I felt humiliated and embarrassed that this occurred in public, and it was disheartening that no one intervened. Although this review is overdue, I feel it's necessary to share my experience. I haven't returned since and have avoided any other Applebee's, particularly the one on Russell Parkway.

We try to visit the restaurant every week, or at least every two weeks. The waiter we had last time, Jaquan, was fantastic. All the male waiters are great, and I'm sure the female staff is excellent as well.

It must be missing from any kind of personal. at the time we were there, only 7 tables in the insert and 4 on the bar on a Sunday night. it took 1 hour to get food and a few tellers had to be taken back, not what was ordered(min) and steak too much cooked. asked for medium top salloin and got a steak without pink and dry. hadn't been replaced until more than half was finished. eating was good when it was corrected, but needed forever. I could understand if it was very busy, but more than half the place was empty.

The food was good and fast. They have the bartender also serving and busing tables which makes the bar services slow. We waited 10 minutes on a mixed drink to make it to our table, whereas those who sat at the bar who came after us were served before us, their drinks and their food was ordered as quickly as ours. If we go back, we would sit at the bar at this particular location.
