Ordered 2 meals delivery to secret harbour, one main was missing, tried calling multiple times with no pick up, so I drove to Warnbro to get my partners meal, and they made the meal with a chips in it. I asked what the policy on this was, and he said “we would usually give you a refund if you called, but because you came back we can make it for you, and there’s a chips in there.” What’s the point of delivery?!
