The dining experience was truly wonderful, and the atmosphere was delightful. I was thrilled that the chef kindly permitted us to eat even though we arrived a few minutes past the cutoff time. It allowed us to enjoy more time with family. The setting was also very pleasant and beautifully decorated. View all feedback.
Sunday lunch is quality and always a choice of at least three different meats.
Great home cooked food and fresh beer. I had the smoked haddock with creamy mash and peas and a mate had the gammon and eggs.
Hosts my local Sunday league side after a match. Very kind and easily approachable staff. Good drinks and affordable food, great pub!
Went on a very quiet mid week day. Prices very reasonable. I had a mixed grill, well cooked and there was a lot on the plate. The other dishes were pie and mash and scampi. Everyone happy with the food. Had a few beers too. Good pub food and nice, friendly service.
The management/team are very welcoming at all times, great home cooked food and the idea location for a afternoon of sports or just a quiet pint in the restaurant area.
