Benedicts Steakhouse - Warfield

Were staying at the hotel across the street and this looked like a great eats place. But beware.......not at all. It was a Thurs. evening and we decided to go to the restaurant area instead of the pub. A big seating area and one other couple there. When our waitress finally came up to us.......the body language and tone of her voice was not very nice and like we were putting her out. By now we were the only people in the place? When asking about the special and menu......she struggled and was unaware and annoyed at us for asking? Well we should have just walked out at that point, but we were hungry. When our meal came it was very sloppy in the presentation and not good at all. The hot beef dip was the best of all 4 of us and nothing to write home about. The service didn't improve even though no one else entered the building during our whole meal. Needless to say will NOT be back and Highly recommend not going to this Steakhouse! There are other places to eat in in Trail.

4 of us stopped for dinner. place was empty and it took over an hour to get our meal. The waitress was terrible and rude. Our food was not worth the wait. Way too salty, orders come out incorrect on two of our meals. No TIP surprise!

Fantastic melt in the mouth steaks, and special recipe filled potato skins. The owner and staff were very friendly, and gave information about the local area and menu recommendations. Very friendly atmosphere, and certainly recommend this restaurant

Pretty standard steakhouse. Not super fancy. I stopped in in jeans and fleece jacket after skiing on my way back to my hotel in Trail. Small wine selection. Ok salad and appetizers. I had a bacon-wrapped 8oz filet. This was a decent steak, nothing earth-shattering, but I was in the mood for steak and it did the trick. Prices were reasonable.

Was working in Trail and decided my last day there to have a steak dinner , instead of fast food. I ordered the sirlion with baked potato and i being a steak geek love a good steak and am very picky on how a steak should be done. The waitress served my steak and after trying the first bite i was in awe . The tenderness and taste of the steak was perfect. It was cooked to perfection. The service was excellent from the time i entered to the time i left. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends.
