Best Of British - Wareham

I was deducted from the bad reviews, but I'm so glad we tried anyway. excellent tofish and chips. I was so happy, a delicious meal for me (vegan) and hubby (not vegan). very rare that we are both satisfied. just to get her back for the same a couple of weeks later. we live a 10-minute drive with 2 chip shops to foot from our house, but its still worth driving after wool. I took a cool bag with tea towels and dinner was still hot when we ate it.

Thr new owners have settled in now and the place is serving good food at a good price. It can get very busy and there can be a wait but on the whole it's worth it. Big improvement over the past few years from 3 to 5 star in my opinion. Also now has a proper pizza oven for pizza and they do free local delivery too.

Fantastic size portions and incredible taste. Not greasy. Very quick, polite service highly recommend.

Amazing gluten free cod and chips, second time over ordered and free delivery this time too! The cafe is ace as well.
