Wendy's - Wareham

Service slow, the order was not complete. Told the name for pick up said okay, the counter was filled bags....everybody standing around. ignoring customers . Now it is 2022 February. Placed an order, went to pick it up. Wendy's was spotless of debris, countertops clean, staff in uniforms, cooking areas from grill to fries and drinks spotless. Plus the food was read upon pickup and correct. Hats off to management.

Unfortunately, I often see the drive-through backed up all the way to the intersection with the lights in the street. The layout of the drive-through is not well-designed, and the place had got to be understaffed or something because I personally have spent nearly a half hour in line at times just trying to get lunch. It's unfortunate because I've never had a bad experience talking to the employees here, they seem very kind and always get my order right, so it's gotta be a systematic issue. Or people need to stop ordering take-out for 80 people via the drive-thru.

Its better then the Wendy's in east wareham. But I still get rock solid nuggets and they almost never have baked potatoes. The staff is usually nice at least.

We (12 people) came in to eat our lunch on our way working storm and the backhanded comments from the gentleman (who we cant name because this review will be taken down) was absolutely rude and ridiculous. Kept making comments about how we are spending so much money since we are out here working and barking back at us when he messed up 4 out of our 12 orders. We will not be stopping here tomorrow on our way to the job site or ever again.

20 minutes in line. I order a cheeseburg, a hamburg and a large fri. No cheeseburg. How difficult can it be ? Third strike for me. All done.How come they never screw up to the plus ? I'm supposed to drive all the way back My bad should have checked but, c'mon 3 items ?
