Second time in the hope of a better result for the first time in a few years. It was still as bad as the first. Ordering items from the menu should not be so painful. They wanted her chili not to... Then try to order fish and chips have no fish.... You should have seen the disappointment in the children. We were already hungry, so there is no choice but to choose something else. One of the burgers was ordered well, one was medium. The well-made burger came from carburized and dry. The middle burger was finished. I expect a better meal than Burger. Not the mention of the subparfries....

I usually stop to get my grandkids food for take out . Twice in the past few months I was stopped by staff to say ? we?re closed due to plumbing issues. Yesterday I along with 2 others were met at the desk to say ? we?re closed due to ventilation issues. I find this establishment needs a good cleaning not because of issues I?ve stated but because the foyer floor is continually dirty. Sticky seats, floors and trash never picked and literally walked over by staff. Sorry but this is why I?ve made my last visit.

Placed an online order and picked it up at 4:50pm 5/31 got two burgers a avocado burger and river run burger. The avocado burger did not even have avocado on it and had add ons that were put on the river run burger (the only add on was pickles for that) but the river run also didn't have the onion straws but caramelized. Taste was not bad hence the rating but was just left very confused if we had each other's burgers mixed up.

Burgers were excellent, as always. Service was very good, but not perfect. Bottomless fries are a great draw! Recommend becoming a Rewards Member...

Absolutely wonderful experience with amazing food. Service is awesome and every burger is delicious. Not too pricey either. 2 people is about $40 give or take but that's with drinks and appetizers and ofcourse bottomless fries!
