The staff are rude and lazy, showing no attention to detail or customer service. They seem visibly annoyed now that I've stopped tipping. I've worked in food service for a long time and usually tip well, but I won't tip when my order isn't even right. I try to avoid this Dunkin' now, but sometimes it’s the only one I pass by.
