I only had a few minutes to spare and needed something quick. I opted for the pulled pork with the tangy vinegar-based sauce, and I can honestly say it was the juiciest, most tender, and flavorful BBQ pork I’ve had since my days living in the South years ago. Great job, Tim!

I was truly impress... read more Wow, I just had an incredible experience! I traveled to Oakham from Texas for a family reunion, and this BBQ place was the catering service. I was truly impressed! It was better than any BBQ I've had in Texas. The ribs, pulled pork, and brisket were all fantastic! And I can't forget to mention the baked beans (or cowboy beans) — they were amazing too!
