We wanted to support this restaurant in a small town not far from a sleepaway camp we were visiting. Unfortunately it took 45 minutes to get our food despite asking several times. We understand short staffing but the restaurant was practically empty. Do not recommend although food was good. View all feedback.

*edit* Brunch is back!!! And as always is absolutely fantastic!! Homemaker corn beef hash, and many other fan favorites! All at a solid price! ???????????? Always a great meal, atmosphere, and serving/ bar staff! And the owners are awesome too!! They doalot of entertainment, trivia nights (with meal deals! , and all sorts of other specials that pull people in from all over! Ifyou're in town or just happen to want a night out, definitely come through! You won't be disappointed!! ????????????
I’ve gone here a lot for there food. There food is great. But service is awful. My waiter messed up basically everything on my order and the manager was only willing to refund me 75cents. Never in my life did I not get a discount when the restaurantitself messed up your food. Then when I ask why she won’t discount the food due to there mess up she said I can’t justdiscount food for that. Very disrespectful.
We 've been here for lunch on multiple visits to Ware. The servers have been really helpful, friendly, and on top of things. The food, however, has been right on the edge of okay sometimes better than okay, and sometimes a lot worse. My wife has founda couple of dishes that she likes, but that hasn 't been the case for me. I find the prices extraordinarily high for what aresometimes small portions that are hastily plated, uninteresting, and flavorless. As one example, the fish and chips cost threetimes as much as you would pay anywhere else in Europe, Canada, or the U.S.A., and yet they serve are about half the portion atone third the quality you would receive in any of those other places. My wife and I do agree, however, that the side of coleslawwith that dish is very tasty. The kitchen also does not seem interested in meeting a customer where they are. If you have anyfeedback or concerns about your food or want it to be redone they way you initially asked when ordering, rather than thedefault results from the kitchen you will be asked to pay for a redo. That 's pretty unacceptable in my experience, but italigns with my final conclusions about what Hanna Devine 's primary concerns appear to be (see last paragraph of thisreview). On a more positive note, food does come out very quickly from the kitchen, and the alcoholic beverages are generouslypoured. Judging by high prices and low quality ingredients used in dishes and beverages at Hanna Devine 's, I get the distinctimpression that maximizing profits with substandard fare is a primary objective of this business, and that customer concerns orrequests simply don 't matter. I could of course be wrong, as other reviewers clearly have not had the same experience, butall in all this restaurant has left an unpleasant taste in my mouth.
We live in holden and we love this place that much. We drive out every few months for the food and the kindness. Yesterday we finally end up meeting the owner. He is so nice. Can't wait for another great experience like we had yesterday. Thank you toeveryone who works there

We ended up ordering something else from the menu. The lobster mac and cheese was good, and the fisherman's platter was decent too, although they replaced the scallops and clams with extra fish, yet we were still charged $40 for the meal. Our waitress was friendly but a bit forgetful; she forgot my drink order and didn't bring our requested refills on time. Overall, we were very disappointed with the entire experience.
Good food staff was friendly, make sure you go on Saturday for the prime rib
We had fantastic service. Extremely accommodating. Lobster roll was filled with large chunks of lobster and so fresh you could taste the ocean. I give it the highest recommendation
Our waitress Sam is always great! Cajun Dry Rub Wings are awesome. Live music on Fridays and decent specials.
1st and probably last time going. Service was not very good, started as soon as we walked in asking for a table for 4 adults and 1 child. Our server wasn't busy took a few minutes to greet us, then when we finally ordered she forgot to put in the kids meal! When all the food was delivered to us i asked about where was the kids meal? She immediately went to computer to put in order I guess it happens to the best of us) The food was very over priced for portions. The white pizza was completely flavorless, building is old and musty.

Great soups. Fried goat cheese and roasted beet salad benefited from the delicious home made venegarette. Friendly, attentive (but not over bearing) service.
Very courteous and friendly staff. They greet me by name whenever I eat there. Varied menu with specials on weekends. Saturday and Sunday special breakfast and brunch menu has lots of delicious offerings. Pictured was a weekend special: grilled ribeye steak, roasted brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes and au jus. It was delicious and cooked to my liking.
This was our first time dining at Hanna Devine's, and we were eager to use a gift card from our son, especially after hearing so many great things about the restaurant. We enjoyed a fantastic lunch, and our server, Abigail, was absolutely wonderful. She welcomed us warmly upon arrival and remained attentive, professional, and friendly throughout our meal. When it was time to pay, she thanked us for visiting and encouraged us to come back soon—we certainly will! Thanks so much, Abigail!
Hanna Devine's is a true hidden gem! Kudos to the chefs and staff for an exceptional experience. Our group of six enjoyed the most incredible Wedding Soup we've ever had. The pork chop, steak tips, and chicken entrees were all outstanding. The pistachio cheesecake was heavenly, especially alongside a perfect cup of hot coffee. The waitstaff were knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owners and the executive chef, who were all wonderful. We wish them continued success!
I stopped by for a burger, and it was excellent! The fries were perfectly crispy, and the homemade pickle was extraordinary—probably the best I've ever had. The ambiance was charming, and the staff were welcoming. I’m definitely coming back to try the dinner menu.

I thought the waitress could be more friendly
Fun time, great service, great drinks, unfortunately the gluten free meal was cold and not tasty, the other meals were good.
We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The place had a charming interior, and, while we sat in the back room, we were able to enjoy the music from the live performer playing at the bar. Our server was friendly and helpful and the food was perfect. It came to the table promptly, hot, and tasty. We are looking forward to returning.
I had an off-menu Reuben pizza, and it was delicious! The crust was wonderfully chewy, and the toppings were flavorful.
The noise level was somewhat elevated, but that was due to musical bingo night, which was expected. We were there to enjoy the game. The fact that we dine there every Wednesday and Saturday speaks volumes about how we feel about Hanna Devines. The staff and owner are fantastic!
