Shop was spotlessly clean from top to bottom, Excellent customer service, Polite and friendly staff, Sandwich was amazing and can't fault the service. 5 I post alot of reviews on Google and I always give my honest opinion and impressions on everything from Customer service, Value for money, Service, Food, drink, restaurants, flights, taxis, beauty treatments, football stadiums, beach clubs, Hotels, Airbnbs etc and we have over 29,000,000+ views. I ordered a footlong and... read more I recently visited this Subway location with my son, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I ordered a footlong and two 6-inch subs, specifically asking for tuna and cheese toasted. When I got home, I found that one of the sandwiches only had salad, with no tuna or cheese at all! I went back to the store to address the issue, but instead of fixing it, the staff, especially the lady who took my order, was extremely rude and dismissive. She didn’t acknowledge their mistake and instead blamed me for the misunderstanding. Not only did they charge extra for the tuna but they gave me back the same cold sandwich with no effort to correct it. This experience left a terrible impression. The lack of respect and poor service are unacceptable. If you’re looking for good customer service, I’d suggest looking for another Subway location or another sandwich shop altogether. Customer service here is abysmal, Wont be returning here, feel like you dont want custom at all. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10
