I got tested for COVID-19 before my trip, which led me to cancel all my car rentals and hotel bookings. Unfortunately, this hotel was the only one that refused to issue a refund, citing that "business is business." I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're facing an emergency situation. I only visited for lunch, but I had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. Service: 5, Location: 5. The restaurant is also a peaceful spot.

Great hotel, great food drink, great location. It's right across the road from the Waratah Falls viewing area. The hotel is of those beautiful old buildings full of history and charm. The old photos and memorabilia on the walls kept me enchanted for quite a while. Stop, have a meal, and take in the view. Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view
