Was Eric Walker at Dunkin' a mag?
This location is really busy, so you need to budget several minutes to wait in line, or just hit the drive thru. I did a mobile order from inside the store, and it took a while but was much faster than the line inside. There was no TP in the ladies room according to other patrons. There were a lot of unhappy faces, but most of my experiences here have been good. Service: Dine in View all feedback.

What Dominique Trommer dislikes about Dunkin':
Worst Dunkin around! Sucks cus it’s close to my house, but my drink is always wrong even AFTER the person taking my order repeats what I want. Food is always cold, stale, or wrong. I hate complaining to the workers about my food/drinks but I’m wasting my money here. I’d rather not go! I worked in food industry and my husband is a chef and we would NEVER make food orders this way. It’s a disgrace to customer service. View all feedback.

Do not come here if you don’t have 10-20 min to waste. Without fail, this place takes forever always. It’s close to my house so I go frequently but I leave myself ample time because I know how it goes here. Service: Take out Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I made the mistake of coming to this restaurant again. The line for the drive-thru was very long, so we decided to go inside. We waited 40 minutes for a coffee, and even though the people who ordered after us ordered 4 coffees, their order came out before ours. The place was so disorganized, with people standing around doing nothing. This will be the last time I ever come here. Food rating: 3, Service rating: 1, Atmosphere rating: 1.

The restaurant is very clean and peaceful, with great service. The meal type is brunch and the price per person is $1-10. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 5. Recommended dishes include the iced latte, donuts, and bagels.

This has got to be one of the worst dunkin's I've ever been to. My drink is always wrong. The service is so slow. I understand most places are understaffed but today I was there and there was 1 car in front of me in the drive thru and my entire transaction took 10 minutes. Usually I get 1 drink and 1 sandwich and I'm in and out of there in like 2-3 minutes. I got my drink and it was a small vanilla iced coffee and almond milk, they gave it to me clearly with cream.... but they definitely charged me for the almond milk. The staff is hit or miss when it comes to friendliness. The last time I when through the drive thru, I got a worker who was mumbling and I couldn't understand them through the speaker. Just avoid this one if you can. Save your money as they will mess up your drink. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

12/11/24 Went to this particular Dunkin and it had the WORST SERVICE. I went inside because the drive thru line was long and thought that if I did I would cut down on some of the traffic and wait time. When I went into the store there was a lady standing at the register with an annoyed look on her face but I didn’t say a word, just waited. After a minutes or so one employee came over to grab something to finish making a drink but never said a word to the customer waiting on line ahead of me. At this point the customer turned around and looked at me with the same annoyed look. So I asked if she had been waiting long and she said she had been waiting ten minutes without anyone saying anything to her about taking her order. I immediately asked a young employee if anyone was taking orders and instead of saying, “Someone will be with you in a second” she instead told me she was making drinks and brushed me off. I get it, she’s young and ignorant as to how hospitality works. I get annoyed but not enough to keep going until I see her giggling in the back with one of her empowered as if us waiting with no service was a great joke at 8 something in the morning. You don’t like your job fine get over it and grow up or quit. As soon as she noticed I was watching her laugh it up she decided to stop and finish mixing the drink she had been mixing for quite a while. I asked to speak with her manager. Low and behold the manager was the employee she was just giggling with. After telling the manager what the issue was she responded they were understaffed with only three people working yet five people were walking around in the back. And then she said they were busy making drinks for customers ordering online and in the drive thru. You need five people to make drinks for the drive thru while ignoring customers waiting inside??? Then she, like the other employee, just brushed it off as if she wasn’t actually the manager. Lol.. When I kept going I heard a comment from the mixed drink lady (STILL MIXING THE SAME DRINKfake ass bartender) laughing again saying, “He’s still going.” Yes, I’m still going because your horrible manager essentially said the people outside are more important than the customers coming inside to order. That customers on the inside aren’t even worth telling, “Hold on, we’ll be right with you.” Never mind the fact that the mixed drink lady literally said to me it is better to order online than to come inside. Too much work for you all? What’s the point in having an inside area to order from if that’s the case? So I happily told the fake bartender she should quit the clown behavior and grow up. Finally, one of the five “understaffed” staff was at the register, and now that I think about it he was also roaming in the back not doing a damn thing the whole time. Horrible service. BEWARE!
