I believe it's also made with carabao's milk, adding a rich creaminess that perfectly complements the dessert. Though it has fewer ingredients than the typical halo-halo we’re used to, it still tastes amazing. You can't help but crave more; even just the ice is enough to satisfy you! If you happen to be in Kalilangan, don’t miss out on B NETWORX CAFÉ, located in Baron's building, right across from the Municipal Plaza. You can also ask the locals for directions. This café is definitely worth a visit, especially for their halo-halo, which costs only 60 pesos—I'm sure you'll be satisfied! The café also serves pizza, pasta, fries, burgers, dim sum, and more.
