One of the staff members, a non-English speaker, handled my order and was very stingy with the portions. I received only a half spoonful of rice, a half spoonful of steak (just 8 small cubes), and barely a fifth of a spoonful of beans. When I tried to address this with her, she didn’t respond, and the English-speaking cashier simply told me that this was the standard amount unless I wanted to double it. I've ordered from other Chipotle locations before, and I've always received more generous portions—about 1 and 1/3 spoonfuls of rice, a full spoonful of steak, and a full spoon of beans. It's disappointing that Chipotle would skimp on portion sizes like this. The staff definitely needs some retraining. Food: 3, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 2.

When I addressed the iss... read more The service at this location is terrible. I placed my order through the app and when I arrived for pickup, I was given the wrong order. When I addressed the issue, they claimed my order never made it into their system. Two staff members tried to assist me but essentially ignored me for 10 minutes, making no effort to resolve the problem or investigate further. Fortunately, two kind ladies at the to-go section stepped in, reviewed my order, and helped me get the correct items, but it took me 30 minutes to leave. If you’re looking for good service, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
