Visited yesterday by an accident. we were on the way to enrich dornbirn and the children were looking for food on the road to winterthur. we almost drove by unt... read more Visited yesterday by an accident. we were on the way to enrich dornbirn and the children were looking for food on the road to winterthur. we almost drove by until we saw the sign open. seemingly they have changed their names to the hotel restaurant schäfli (not landgasthof)....again nafzger bakery in the village centre roundabout with a playground at the school approx. 200m on the right side of the road to the north. the restaurant is divided into two parts: the fine dining side and the master side. we were sitting on the side of the family. the people welcome when they enter or leave. children had chicken bugges chips and an excellent spaghetti bolognese. we had thorny and thorny. Top class zürigschnätzlets with juicy rösti, fresh sweet and foam on the side, the spectacular zander tasted as if it had been marinated over night, with tiny deep fried wobble rings and fine lemon zeste above. the brot is fantastic. I didn't make any photos. kindereis comes in the form of small ceramic dinosaur tassen with vanilla chocolate sauce that they can take home. as far as I could see, only three people work in the restaurant: a cook and two waitresses. maybe another in the kitchen, I would be surprised if not. shockingly fulfilling experience. absolutely delicious.
