Every time I visit this restaurant, I always find myself engaging in conversation with someone - whether it's with the staff or a local, it always leads to a enjoyable evening. This used to be one of my favorite spots when I lived in the area, and it's still a fantastic place to meet up after a long day at work. I'm not sure if the Grand is still open, but we used to head there for their 80's night after spending tim... View all feedback.
What jamesthewedge doesn't like about Windsor Castle:
The Windsor Castle Pub is a convenient spot if you need to wait for your train. They offer a great variety of beers and the atmosphere is spacious with plenty of seating. The staff is friendly and overall it is a place we would return to while waiting for our next train. Definitely worth a visit. View all feedback.
Such a beautiful town! The castle is a fantastic experience, staff were so friendly and helpful. The displays were stunning and well displayed, lovely to see. We were on a tour so couldn't spend as much tie as we would have liked. Highly recommend, hope to come again.
If your an English history buff this is a place for you. A nice place to visit and see where the Queens considers her favourite place to stay. The grounds are gorgeous and well kept. You can see where Prince Harry and Magen were married.
The castle was nice, buy your ticket online and you can jump the queue which was good as there were large queues. Was busy in the castle at times and the ground would have been beautiful in spring when the flowers are out blooming. I feel completely in love with the St. George’s chapel, the craftsmanship that went into this is completely stunning, every part of the chapel has amazing joinery skills and is decorated with individual carvings of scenery so keep your eye out and look out for this.
A busy establishment that had more atmosphere than the other so called pubs we visited in Clapham last friday. Beer, spirits were reasonable for london pricewise
We were there as part of a tour. Stood in the queue for 45 minutes until opening. Enjoyed the tour of the state apartments and the chapel.
