The ladies who work here are lovely. Great fresh coffee and amazing warm cinnamon buns the pretzels also look super tasty but I’ll have to try them next time!

I stopped by The Knot because the smell was enticing. I was amazed by the variety of pretzels they offered, which I had never seen before. I inquired about adding honey to my black coffee, and the person serving me happily obliged. I ordered the cheese and onion pretzel, which was prepared fresh and served warm. Along with my coffee, I was given a jar of honey to enjoy. The service was excellent, and I sat at the station savoring my delicious pretzel, with perfectly cooked onions. I must say, the best parts were at the bottom of the bag. This unexpected experience left me very impressed, and the service was top-notch. Thank you.

Victoria knot Poor coffee, charged for a large americano and given a huge cup of dreary coffee when asked for a long black (FYI management, that’s 2 espressos and a small splash of water), don’t even have cup holders to prevent it burning hands. Won’t be back

The staff at the restaurant were friendly, but the managers were unfriendly and unhelpful. The coffee was weak, and the food was served cold and lacking in flavor. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I would not return.
