We love our local popular Fish and Chip shop on North Valley Road. On ringing our order in we are given a rough pickup time which we prefer than sitting around and waiting. Extra staff are always there on the busier nights of the week. Arthur has a great system and the staff are friendly and efficient. Their hamburgers are delicious. Always enjoyed the service there, the staff is always so friendly and helpful. However it becomes apparent of the real environment on the busy weekends. I have seen Arthur yell at and humiliate the staff on multiple occasions in front of a busy waiting room. I've even heard him tell a customer inquiring about the fryers of what kind of oil he uses as they are vegan, and he tells them its 100% vegetable oil when I kno... View all feedback.

I came here with a friend who insisted it was worth the trip out to Burlington.
Zero complaints here. Good food, cooked perfectly, quick, easy parking. = Great experience and I'll definitely be back.
Great food, chips are the best. Call early on weekends because they get very busy. Highly recommend.
